Not too sure how I feel about this one but I needed to do something with the spare time I had today. I am a dummy!

Appearance
This young male’s eyes are the colour of burnt orange autumn leaves and his fur is as dark as soot. Subtle markings of smoky gray fan out onto his cheeks around his eyes and also appears along his shoulders, ending 3/4's of the way down his back. His body is starting to fill out with some muscle from play with his former siblings and pack-mates and the small amount of training he received as an apprentice in his birth pack. He is well on his way to becoming a yearling soon and will be filling out to the size of an average male timber wolf.


Personality
Ruarc is still highly playful and energetic, acting like a goof most of the time. He can hardly take anything seriously, except for the two things that he admires the most which is hunting and fighting. Anything that has to do with either of these skills is of great interest to him. While the desire to excel in these areas is excellent the problem is that he has a hard time working with others and wishes to do things independently that he just cannot do on his own. The pup believes that he is the most important and that his dreams and wants come first above all else. Sometimes he can be out of line and disrespectful towards others but with correction he can learn how life really is, not all about him.


History
He was born around the middle of May into a litter of five. His blood was that of the alphas that lead the pack that he was born into. This pack lived almost right by the sea, and every day since the time he was allowed out of the den he had played there for hours. Ruarc has always held a certain fondness for the ocean since those times, the smell of the salty air and the endless lapping of waves. Not to mention the soft sand. Often his parents were too busy for him and his siblings dropping the duties onto whatever wolf they chose to have as a sort of babysitter. Being alphas of a large pack took its toll and Ruarc tried to understand but never did, all he knew was that he believed his parents didn’t care much for him. One day during the near end of winter his father decided that the pack should make the move to a different territory, a land that would be plentiful during the winter with elk. And that was that, the alpha’s word was that law and the pack obediently obeyed, whether they really wanted to or not. Ruarc was sad to leave the ocean, in fact he was devastated, but his father did not budge when he begged him to change his mind. During the move at the packs first stop miles away from their home it was nearing nightfall and the tired members of the pack curling up to settle down for the night. He had a bright idea to sneak away in search of something fun to do, he didn’t want to sleep, how boring! Ruarc was did not know of this land and made the mistake of wandering off too far until he was lost. The severity of how lost he was, was high. He only noticed this when morning had come and the howls he sent out brought no return. The pup now wanders, fearing what lay in store for him without his family and nears the Kohona borders unknowingly.
